Grilled Steak and Romain

Grilled up a couple London Boils that I got from Costco today and some grilled romain with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sous Vide the steaks at 125 for about two hours then a quick sear on the Weber.

Prefect grill marks on those LBs. I have never done the heads of Romain, I need to try that.
