Grilled Fish

First this isn't much of a post since it was really busy and I didn't get a lot of pics. Second, I didn't call this dish grilled salmon since it isn't the good stuff but rather the farm raised variety. Kind of a cousin to the good stuff but in these parts the fresh caught salmon is pretty ratchet unless you find a fresh shipment. Anyway grilled the fish, made some cucumber salad and some rice pilaf, which we had never done.

It was a long cook and a lot of fun. Everything turned out good and it passed the kid test which is always good. Thanks for looking and have a great week!

I, too, prefer wild salmon but sometimes you take what you can get. Actually, I have had some fine meals from farm raised fish. Nice lookin' meal.
