Grilled Chicken Chests

Went to my local grocery store, and they had these rather large chicken chests on sale. Seasoned them with some Montreal Chicken Seasoning and threw them on the Weber Platinum.

Here the are about 15 minutes in.

About 30 minutes in.

Just about finished.

And, my wife's plate with buttered brown rice and some sweet corn.
