Grilled cheese sandwich

In the movie Chef he made an grilled cheese sandwich, what looked great. So i tried to reproduce this one.
After an extensive search on google i found the recipe.

HAH!! Me too!! I finally got to watch Chef this past Friday night, then again on Saturday night so my wife could watch it, then Sunday morning I made grilled cheese sammiches just like he did in the movie. I also smoked some cheese for the first time on Saturday so made some killer grilled smoked cheese sammiches for sunday breakfast!!
