Lunch today.
Found a great little mom & pop meat shop/cafe.
Picked up some boudin (never had it before) and a stick of their summer sausage.
On the grill with lump.
One of 'em out of the casing with cheese and roasted pepper on a tortilla.
This was a killer lunch, I will be buying more of this stuff!
Home alone last night, flatbread pizza time!
Leftover tri tip, onion, mushrooms, WI chipotle cheddar cheese, and a sauce made with tri tip au jus mixed with spicy brown mustard.
Assembled, using lump, and small chunk of hickory wood.
Brooke says "Smells gud!"
Nice night out, so I dined out.
