OkOK, maybe I got a little carried away with Don Cash's photo of his Italian sausage cook... doesn't mean I'm crazy... i just like food.
alot.
Tonight, I used a little Italian dressing with a little orange juice and lotsa crushed garlic for marinating these loin chops (and halved a few Yukons, as usual).
Added a little apple for smoke, and this photo of "puffing out blue...wood smoke" is my best "Bob Correll".

Winding down, I tossed on some Poblano peps to the mix and some roasted balsamic vin c-flower... and soon,

everything was ready to eet.

WOW Jim. Every cook you have is a killer...appreciate all of the great things you have posted on here. It really inspires newer guys on here like myself. Looks delicious!

Oh and love the Blue Moon...great choice there too!

gonna try growing poblanos this year, my b-i-l had some last summer.

I love grilled poblanos and those look prefect. That marinade sounds great too.
