I've been using a New Braunfels Black Diamond off-set smoker since 1996 and just stepped up a notch to a 22" WSM (which I'm struggling to put together at the moment - I think you must need 3 hands to get the heat shield on!). I've been a user of the Minion Method for several years and I was pleased to learn that it works with the WSM too. The WSM is really different than the off-set smoker and I'm looking forward to visiting with members of the Forum as I learn how to use the WSM.
