Hello all! I am a newbie to my WSM 22" but been smoking for several years. I bought my WSM for the ease of temp control and volume and I have not regretted it. I picked it up about two months ago and have went through at least 3 smokes a week. ( I dig the Q!) I am looking forward to continuing to get great ideas and maybe even offer up a few. I have to figure out how to post pics to show off my 154 year old smoke house I recently renovated to give me the all weather option I have always wanted. Happy smoking! JR:cool:

OK I'll try this pic....

Here it is after I put a new floor in the 154 year old smokehouse. It was used many years a smokehouse when they used them to cure meet. Several of the hooks still hang in the rafters. The old floor stunk and was uneven.

A shot of the new floor
Before....
And the first smoke in the old house a tasty sirloin tip that lasted me three glorious days!
