Howdy ya'all! I live in Northern Kentucky with my wife and very beautiful children. I just got into grillin and smoking (I love *GOOD* food) and got my WSM 22.5" 9 days ago. Thus far I have made chicken, bb ribs, and yesterday 2 Boston butts. I am soaking up all the knowledge you pros have to offer and learning more than my brain can soak in. Hopefully it makes me half as good as you 'ol pros around here!
