Wanted to sign in on this forum cause I do enjoy cooking on my Webers, first was a Genesis Silver that is now bout 11 years old and still doing good. Then came a 22'' OTG, with the rotisserie, ribulator, and smokenator. A smokey joe for small cooks and my newest toy, 18'' WSM, done put casters on it, that fancy hinge which is a great help, and the 3in1 charcoal trick, tomorrow is cutting a slot and putting handles on the middle section. Looking to learn more and share info with others. This site has already helped me a lot. On the personal side, I'm retired from the nuclear industry and live on a small lake in north east Louisiana.
 
It is a place where you start off slow, then taper off.........bout 9 miles from nowhere, love it
