I am happy to say I've joined after reading for a while.

After many years of charcoal grilling I am hoping to pick up my first WSM this weekend, on a trip to Green Bay. I am hoping to find the 22.5 there and then order some sort of wireless thermo.

I am looking forward to this community as well as dialing in my skills

Thanks for all the well wishes. They didn't have the 22.5 at home depot in green bay but the 18.5 looks pretty good size too. I can't decide. I suppose I should just get the 22.5 in the event I cook for a larger family.
