Hello!
I've signed up here primarily to get a sorely needed education in the art of grilling, inspired by the fact that I just dropped $1k on a new Weber gas grill and need to learn how to properly cook on it. My grill is being shipped to me (ETA 10/5) which gives me a little head start in reading up on how to use it and how to prepare a great meal.
I do have experience with grilling, but I've always sort of gone at it on a wing and a prayer that whatever I cook turns out OK. Most of the time it's generally palatable and on occasion I'll nail it (ribeye steaks usually). But I have much to learn and I'm sure I've landed in the right place.
