I've been using this site for close to 8 years now but finally getting into the Forums!
I've been a Brisket ,Pulled Pork guy since the 2005. Looking for Rib and Chicken help in the near future!
Did 2 beer can Chx on Sunday on WSM turned out PERFECT!!
Having a BIG Que June 30. 30 people I have 3 WSM's 2 -18.5 , 1-22.5.
