Hello to all you WSM fans. After 3 years of saving, and something happening to take it away, I finally got a 18.5" WSM. Woke up Christmas morning and found one under the tree with a charcoal starter. I have an awesome wife and family. Anyway, I look forward to sharing my adventures as well as following each of yours.

I like to think so. My oldest wants learn the art of smoking meat, so I told him both of us will.

Also, we live in East TN. Barbecue around here is a hybrid of sorts. People like a sweet red sauce with a bite of vinegar.

We do fundraisers at our church for the kids ministry. Hoping to do a bbq fundraiser this summer.
