Hello, everyone. I just bought the WSM 18.5 and am getting to know it. Just relocated here from SW Ohio. Relatively new to smoking but have done some decent ribs with a Smokenator on my Weber kettle. I have lots to learn and am looking forward to learning from you all. Other hobbies include guitar picking (poorly), motorcycle riding and home brewing. Thanks for having me!

Bear, I did a tenderloin yesterday. I haven't been here long and haven't brewed here yet. Probably not until winter so fermentation will be easier. Last one I made in Ohio was a Zombie Dust clone, using 8 oz of citra hops. So darn good!
