Just wanted to pop in and say hi. Have been smoking for years on an original Bubba Keg kamado, but wanted more capacity. Bought a 22.5 WSM a couple of weeks ago and could not be happier. Looking forward to seeing all the great cooks here and getting a lot of much needed advice about my new toy.
