Hey Everyone,

I'm Mike from Chesapeake, VA. I found this site a few months ago and have been lurking around and finally registered. I started smoking last summer using a modified ECB, which was great to learn from. I recently upgraded to the big boy (WSM 22.5) a few weeks ago and have done around 7 cooks ranging from Baby Backs, Whole Roaster chickens, Chicken Wings, Turkey Breasts, Pork Tenderloins, and Turkey Sausage. This site has been a tremendous help. I especially love checking out the various deals people have found (cheap Kingsford!) that I've been able to utilize.

I've got 6 boston butts ($.99 per pound ) in the freezer still that I can't wait to smoke.
