Chicken tenders marinated in olive oil, juice from 2 lemons, crushed garlic, dried oregano, rosemary, and thyme.

Chicken on the Santa Maria grill over some Mesquite charcoal


Chicken Tenders done


Warmed up some pita breads


Placed a couple of pieces of chicken on a pita with some tzatziki sauce, tomato, red onion, and feta cheese. Served with a Greek salad and Avogolemono soup.


 
I had a big Greek burrito today at a local place but I'd happily take these as opposed to. Nice cook again John.

Man you cooked that chicken perfectly, love the flavors of that marinade, I make something very similar. Love that Santa Maria style grill....
