Great way to spend the day....

So I got up at the usual 5:30, then went over to have some blood tests done. On the way back, I stopped at Wegmans and picked up two racks of Baby Backs and some fresh, (still warm), garlic bread. Just before lunch I added a "little" Slabs Kyle Style rub.

Around one, they are on. Apple and Hickory doing their thing over some Wicked Good.

Now it's off to the Beer Store to see what can go in the Growler for the rest of the day. Hey! This is hard work!

Not a bad way to spend the day. I was at Wegmans today too man! They sometimes carry pork steaks but I haven't seen them in a few weeks. But they do have a great beers selection and a good lunch bar. But sadly Rolf, I will no longer be your neighbor here as the office is moving to Conshy. My commute now drops to 15 min instead of 45-60.

Dang Rolf we must be related. Had to go get blood work done myself this morning and also see my doctor.
I got my ribs ready last night and put them on about an hour ago. ;)

I could sit down and enjoy the weather and smell the smoke...Over a bottle of that beer! Looking forward to se more....

Looking good. I like your ''helper''. I least he does not drink your beer like my ''helpers'' do..........=)

Just put them into foil and back onto the smoker. I normally always foil so no need to change now. ;) Your ribs definitely
have a better color on them then mine. I thought I had bought babybacks yesterday, a twin pack. But NO... picked up
a pack of split spare ribs. They were mixed in with the babybacks. So I am making do with what I was dealt. :D

Mike these look done to me. Not falling off the bone but pulls just right. One sauced, one without. Here's hoping yours turn out well too.

Awesome looking ribs Rolf! Mine are done too, just waiting for the wife to get
home from the gym to start eating!;) I didn't sauce either one of mine, just used
the juices from the foil and let them cook for an additional 30 minutes. Will get
mine posted soon.
