Great Sunday Q

Had the kids and grandkids over yesterday for some ribs and chickens. The ribs came out great - I followed advice and left out the paprika and ground mustard, and there was none of that graininess I had before. I also got to use my band new CB smoker door, and that seemed to make it much easier to keep temps stable. The chicken thighs especially cam out excellent. I finished them for about ten minutes on a low flame on my gasser, and they were delish.

Here's some pics.

That's right. Gordy. If I didn't have the ribs still on the smoker, I could have turned them over and let the smoker heat rise. but since I couldn't, I put them on the gasser over a very low heat for 10 minutes.
