Grandaughter's Bday cook

Had a family bbq get together Sunday with 13 adults and 5 kids. So loaded the new Mini for it's 2nd cook with 12 Country Style Ribs, 6 on the bottom grate and 6 on the top, it was full!



Those went on at 11am till about 3:30. In the meantime before the CSRs were done grilled up a bunch burgers and dogs on the Gasser that I just put back together on Saturday after a restore (separate post on that later)



Then pulled the CSRs off the Mini and sauced and finished them



The spread: ribs, burgers, dogs, salad, beans, and mac salad



Made an extra plate for ya



It was a busy cooking weekend. Had a couple lbs. of hamburger left that didn't get cooked so a Meatloaf is on the menu for tomorrow.
