Awww....she's beautiful! I saw my first 22.5" WSM in person this past weekend and compared to my 18.5", they are huge!

Today i got the new center piece with all screws and grate holders.

But the box said 09 is it the same as the 2010?

Will still use my old one ofc but now i can try to get some holes in this drum to fit the probes of my maverik thats in the mail.

Do u drill 2 holes for the grate temp and meat temp when using a maverik termo?

Or just use the same hole for both?

I don't have experience with the 22.5", but a lot of folks put an eyelet in place of one of the grate holder bolts, thereby do not have to drill any holes.

I run the smoker probe in the eyelet and the meat probe under the lid; being careful to set the lid down gently.

BTW, that thing is just too shiny!
