Got my Euro -Q little griddle

For Christmas .....Ever since I saw Bob Correll cooking egg mc bobs on his deck with the little griddle , I have wanted one of them things so bad.
Well , Santa came through and I can't wait to start using it. Soon as the weather warms up a bit.

56 here today, going to 60, cold again by the weekend though.

edit,
give her a little oil before each cook.
pour on a little water while it's hot and scrape to clean.

gotcha bob , thanks. Cold as a witch's refrigerator here today , but the sun is out.
We had a slushy icy mix the other day , I think we'll get some melting tomorrow.

Santa brought me one too. Like you said saw Bob doing his Mc Bobs and I said gotta have one. Come on warm weather.
