Tonight was the Weber recipe for Pantry Pork Chops. This was another first try at it. http://www.weber.com/grillout/recipes/pork/pantry-pork-chops-
Basically this is a simple marinade with lemon juice, soy sauce and brown sugar. If you’re in a hurry, this is quick and easy. Chops were done on the Performer over direct lump. Asparagus with tarragon butter sauce was done on the OTG using KB. I know, I make this a lot but we enjoy it. Finally thanks to Mr.Lampe, I tried Crash Hot Potatoes, (Crashers), for the first time. I wussed out and did them in the oven. Basic stuff on these, EVOO, Kosher salt, lot’s of pepper and rosemary from the garden. I was impressed and everyone enjoyed it…………… no leftovers!

As Always…. Thanks!
