Hi All.
Greetings from over the pond.
Hope you are all enjoying yourselves.
Well the sun finally came out in England, so went for a Pepper Stout Beef, first attempt and really pleased with it.

8lb brisket smoked over oak for 3 hrs, then onto the stout, peppers, onions and jalapenos for another 3 hrs.
Hope you all have some success this weekend.

Didn't have any chuck, and the weather FC wasn't looking good, so was a last minute decision to get the brisket out of the freezer on Thursday night. Still tasted very nice.
Would the chuck roast have made any difference?
