Goin' Ham

I have actually never re-smoked a ham before. Picked up an 8 1/2 pound spiral sliced ham from Costco and put it on my WSM over apple chunks for a few hours until internal hit 140. Was really easy to do and tasted great.

Plated with some cous cous with soy sauce and green beans with mushrooms and onions.
 
Looks great. I did one for Christmas a couple of years ago. Applied a glaze and it was terrific. Thanks for reminding me it''s about time again.
 
WOW!!! That is one awesome ham and yes Costco has the best for sure. Love ham and yours looks delicious.
 
Looks great Andy. We've done that quite a bit on the holidays. We usually dress it up with some Maraschino Cherries and pineapple slices.
 
Thanks for posting that Andy. With Easter coming up, I think I will resmoke the ham we are getting. Never done that before and I think it is about time. Plated pics look wonderful.
