I have actually never re-smoked a ham before. Picked up an 8 1/2 pound spiral sliced ham from Costco and put it on my WSM over apple chunks for a few hours until internal hit 140. Was really easy to do and tasted great.
Plated with some cous cous with soy sauce and green beans with mushrooms and onions.
