butter, garlic, mushrooms, flour, chicken stock, lemon juice, and wine

This tasted every bit as good as from Gianino's Italian restaurant, one of our favorite places to dine.

It looks like a lot of prep, but goes pretty fast.
Provolone cheese can be used, if you're not near the StL area where Provel is commonly found.
Steak Modiga is popular at many Italian restaurants here, as is chicken Modiga, just sub grilled chciken breasts for the steak.

Looks tasty as...Well...As tasty should be! Modig = brave....swe=eng. Looks almost like a schnitzel to me. And that my friend is some quality eats. Great post. Killer food. And the pics is Sweet!
 
Bob looks you didn't miss a thing here...however a short nape might top it off.. after a great cook like this! Love it!
