I am a new comer to the forum but with each cook I get better. Today was ribs with roasted Rasberry Chipotle sauce. I switch from using mesqite and hickory and tried cherry with oak. In my opinion there was a big improvement. I took the advise from the forum. Shawn W {if you are out there] I think I might try your Jalapeno mango sauce next.
