That rounded blue lid really seems to fit on the Platinum, both in shape and being a complimentary color. I only have a mica blue older lid to use on mine but I'm going to be on the lookout for that version. Looks great!

Thanks and Yes, I like the look of it too, but I do like that I have one of each, the curved and the square body platinum's.

If I were you - I would keep an eye out for one of the later Silver/Spirit Bs with the black handle and the pinstripe ---- THAT would look really nice on there - even tho the white grey handle does seem to fit in well with the other colors.

I will, I did try it first on a Silver A lid and it was too long. And the insulators got stuck in the lid end caps of the Silver A and I boogered the insulators up a little taking them off so that was disappointing. I will see if the blemishes are noticeable when I try it on the Silver C lid, but at least I will know if it fits.

No worries on the loss of the curb alert. It had no bottom panel or side shelves when I got it.

Ed, do you have a pic of your grill with the Mica blue lid?

I've had it buried under stuff for over a year, so I found a picture of the grill from when I bought it. I now realize it's a normal blue one, single table. I guess my memory of it got mixed up with another one I picked up that month lol.

All these blue grills… and yet I could only score the silver a lid this year. Really kicking myself for passing on two last year

Lid colors run in streaks. You might wind up with three of them next year. Black has been my hot color this year, unfortunately. Some green showing lately too. But, like you, blues are on the endangered species list this summer.
