These are cleaned, burned off and ready for action this weekend.
I was really on the fence with these but am very happy with the purchase.
Worst case in a zombie apocalypse you could probably kill a bunch of em by whacking em in the head with these.

As I've posted in another thread or two, I bought a set of the 9mm Qulimetal grates and stainless flavorizer bars earlier this month and finally used the grill (2000 era Genesis Silver B) with them for the first time yesterday for steaks and earlier this evening for burgers. I was somewhere in the $150 range for both parts but I'm on the original box, shelves, regulator, burners, etc. The 9mm grates are beasts!
