Garlic strips and veggies!

Tonight was all about the garlic...busy day and well I did grill for Grillfest so I guess it counts!!

Cleaned up my black 3 wheeler today ...Gerti is working in the ash catcher!

Too bad it was rolling with a load of hot kingsford!

Any way couple strips rubbed in garlic...Pattys with butter and garlic...oh and shrooms ready for the grill!

On the fire!

Yum!

Ok moved the cast iron to the performer and let the sides hold for a few while the steak came out!!

Boy Gerti likes me grilling on the black kettle...she can stand on the deck and see what's cooking!

Ok steak flipped!

Plated up with some fresh bread and a cold one!!

Take care folks...I got a big day tomorrow so I gotta get off this thing!!
