Friday Nite Comfort Food

Felt like having something quick and not too complicated tonight. So decided on burgers and dogs.

Seasoned the burger patties, dogs and bacon with Northwoods Fire seasoning. The home made fries and purple onions were dusted with Arizona seasoning.

Onto the rib-o-lator. Had fries everywhere as I cut up quite a few, this is row 1 & 2.

Row 3 & 4 also filled. Definitely using all the space the rib-o-lator offers.

All together, lets EET!!


This was my first time cooking several items together and I learned that each item is done at a different time. Onions and dogs were done first, followed by the bacon, the burgers and then the fries. I may next time jump start the potatoes in the microwave, but even though they finished last, they were delicious. The more I use the rib-o-lator, the more I like it. Will be doing babybacks on it tomorrow, providing the winds that we are expecting cooperate.
