It was a hot busy Friday in SoCali so when I got home all I wanted to do was chill in the back yard with a cold one and grill. On the menu was steak, carrots and bok choy. The steaks were seasoned with steak rub, the carrots and bok choy were drizzled with evoo and garlic powder. All were cooked over charcoal on the Chaney...aka Bubba.
Steaks sat in the fridge for a few hours too let the steak rub sink in.
Here’s the carrots and bok choy, love the colors.
Steaks were grilled over high heat then moved for indirect.
Almost done.
Just off the grill.
My plate with the addition of a nice green salad.
