Got these nice ribeyes for 6 bucks for both!!! Got a salt brine on them for 24 hours.

Got the steaks right over the coals with a loaded kettle with a nice coating of Oak Ridge Carne Crosta, it has been too long since I used that stuff.

Nice cook Michael! Where I live and at that price, it would be called stealing them. 😆
A have a local grocery store that does not play around and is always marking down meat. These started at $12 each were marked down to $6, and I got got them when they were marked down again. I love having to go on a late night shop for one item for the family as I always go look at the meat.
 
Nice cook it all looks terrific.

Every time we go to the grocery store I check out the dog food section (marked down) of the meat department. At least 50% of what's in our two garage freezers is marked down meat. Save a small fortune doing that.
