I made these last night. I found this very tasty Weber Honey Garlic Rub at Sam's club the other day, and wanted to try it. Man o Man, it is great stuff!!! Since these were cut thin, the pork steaks did not take too long to cook up. Overall, a very nice, quick, tasty dinner after a busy week! Oh, I have a Canon SX700IS 30X camera, love it, I wanted to share a picture of the moon later on last night! Have a great weekend everybody!!!! PS Tonight, I'm doing my first CSR's, I'll let you know how that goes on another post :).

I mounted my Canon SX700 IS 30X camera on a tripod, zoomed in, and took the picture, no post editing. Yes, the pork was tasty, thanks :).
 
You killed those steaks, do your car's as well and that's a winning weekend on the grill
 
Haven't done pork steaks in a long time. Yours look fantastic. Great photos. To steal a line from Denny's Menu, if that was ham you could have posted Moon Over My Hammy! Sorry..

Michael, that is THE BEST moon shot I've seen since Kathy Getski in my senior year in high school ! !
and the pork looks great too ;)
 
Delicious looking pork Michael. I have that same rub from Sam's Club, it's awesome. And your moon shot is gorgeous.
