Friday night NY Steaks

Here is my first post in the famous Photo Gallery which has gives me inspiration on a daily basis. Me and the wife prefer NY Steaks and cooking them over charcoal compared to my Gasser is mouth watering....

Had some blue cheese/butter to dip this steak bites with. OMG...it was incredible...I think it may have even had a chance to turn a vegetarian into a meat eater:)

. Did you go to stater bros for the steaks? I just got some ny steaks from stater bros.
 
Tony, no these steaks are from Costco. I usually get most of my meats at Costco. But I did pick up a couple tri-tips from Staters yesterday for 3.99 per lb.

Ny steaks were 5.99 today. Look forward to see what you do with the tri tips.
