Hey fellow grillers.
Tonight I was looking for something to keep me busy, so I decided to make some lid handles for the grills we all love. I currently have 3 lids with No handles. Ha, not anymore. Just drilled out the preliminary holes that fit great, Now onto the routing off the center holes, and rounding out the corners.

I'm doing the same project. How did yours turn out? I have a question - what radius did you route the edges and what straight bit did you do the cut-outs? I'm thinking 1/4" roundover for the edges and 1/4" straight bit for the cut-outs. It looks like on the front the cut-outs have a 3/16" bevel in addition.
