Hi gang - I was going to post this last night, the first picture will explain why that didn't happen

I started out making a quick slaw and dusting the Alaskan Cod fillets w/ Ray's Basil Citrus and Goya Adobe. On to Red Genny, crisping salami slices for an app

it's been raining&raining&raining&...

peas are lookin' good

back to our regularly scheduled meal: Fish On!

and off and back inside

and plated for your approval

Oh Yeah!

Srirachi side bar: We ran out of the Red Rooster, happened to be a Trader Joe's, and picked up a bottle of theirs - mistake! We were in Portland a couple of weeks ago, and picked up a bottle of this orange nectar! Kicks TJ's a**, and I'm gonna guess maybe Huy Fong's, too. It's flavorfull, and warm, and all I could ask for in a SE Asian condiment. Two thumbs up; if you find it, I would suggest getting a bottle. Tastes great on fish tacos!

Thanks for stoppin' by, have a great weekend, and I'll see you around the fire!

Looks fantastic, Brian. So does your yard and garden. Will try that Sarachee. Looks like it's made in Oregon. Should be able to find it. Thanks for the tip.

Me and Emilie was just talking about that yard. Killer bro...Food looks awesome aswell! (ofc when you post)

My friend talk about sharing each others tables, well it would be an honor to sit at that table. What a gorgeous cook. the food the table the yard, the beverages perfect

Fish tacos are my favorite. I was in Ensenada, Baja California Norte, Mexico last weekend on the big bike ride from Rosarito to Ensenada; and Ensenada is the birthplace of fish tacos. Yum, I must admit I ate too many if that is even possible!
Yours look delicious!
