Friday is Pizza Night!

We usually try and do grilled pizza most Friday evenings,We get the cheap 50 cent bags of Martha White pizza crust or Great Value Brand.
We have decided we prefer to just brush the crust with EVOO and Garlic powder and drop it on the grill for a couple of minutes per side over the coals with a chunk of Cherry wood,take them off and back in the house to top them,then back to the grill for indirect cooking to finish them off. nice and crispy!
