Fresh ground Chuck steak burgers

Nothing like a fresh ground Chuck steak burger. And the CI does ‘em right! 135° probe temp and then rested.

Wife had cambazola. I try to limit real dairy in my diet. The creamy color is kewpie mayo, with a few drops of sriracha and a few drops of ketchup.

Served some Costco fresh brined pickles, the red onions and baby bellas, and some good ole tater tots. Haven’t had tots in years. A bit saltier than I recall. Cooked those in the convection oven for a nice crisp.

And a 2021 vintage Coors Light from a can. Idk what is it but they always taste crisp and clean.

Burgers were 6 oz measured (171 grams to be more honest). And on a toasted ciabatta roll.

Now to go find a car. Sold one yesterday. This ought to be fun.
