Freeze seasoned chicken wings?

Has anyone tried to season wings, then freeze them for a later date, then thaw and cook?

I used a dry rub.

i'm sure they will be fine. i have done it with marinades and they turned out great.

Bumping this topic. I went ahead and froze some wings I seasoned with a dry rub. Any other posts on if this will work or not? Bueller? Bueller?

It will work but I think alot of the rub will come off when they thaw. Might have to dry them off some, and dust them again before cooking.
