I am well and, TRULY blessed with an understanding wife! She has not once said anything about grill reduction, between the Overperformer, the platypus and, dedicated rotisserie that’s four kettles! The ‘97 Maroon Genesis,18” WSM, a Simpsons Smokey Joe, charcoal go anywhere, smokey Joe gold (all unfired) and an 18” Hibachi, the Hillbilly hearth and the myriad parts and support equipment, there is a lot to Work around!
But, she has never been on the hook to make any food unless I was out of town or sick as a dog.
