Frankenstein 1.0 came about in this thread. Tried various lids and determined that the 22" kettle lid worked best when cooking pizzas on my 18" WSM

Meet Frankenstein 2.0
I figure the cast iron will really hold the heat down, making the top cook at pretty much the same rate as the bottom. I got the plow disk for $53 delivered (shipping was more expensive than the disk) and I wire wheeled it up and seasoned it in the below thread
