four brikets on wsw

my cousin is having a birthday party for his wife,and asked me if it could be possible to smoke 4 brikets at a time.I've done two no problem.I was thinking of useing rib racks and standing them on end.any ideas.

You know there are reasons to own two or more WSMs.
You can add racks, Chris does cover that in the main section. Cooking that many briskets will take a long time because of the restricted air flow.

Jim, what kind of time difference would you estimate?

Give yourself an additional 4 hours, you can hold them that long if they were to finish early. The total could go to 20 hours, using foil could shorten that time.

I'm sure I'm a bit late with my reply to be of much help, but you can partially cook the first two, refrigerate, and finish in the (GASP) oven while the other two are in WSM. Not perfect, but it works.
