Guys, quick question about the temp differences on the 22 between the upper and lower grates. Is the lower grate hotter or colder or the same. if different any idea by how much? I'm somewhat new to the 22 and have to cook both a brisket and pork butt and was wondering if one grate is hotter than the other so that I knew which one to put the brisket on.
