How dangerous is it to hang a propane tank right under the burners?

Well, the control panel and manifold should be on the right side which is where the tank normally sits. However, it looks to me like this guy has the cook box on backwards.
I don't see the normal catch that hold the swing table in place when down. I bet there is one on the back left leg of that frame.

Yep, reversed, wheel inserts are backwards too.

OK, I was looking at the grill and knew something other than the controls on the left being wrong. I did not catch the logo.
