Beautiful chicken bro! Like how you used the roti with the hangin rack!!
Jason, the hanging rack rests on the cooking grates tabs of the grill and the rotisserie ring simply raises the lid of the grill to clear the height of the hanging rack.
 
So when you hang your birds, it looks like you do an indirect cook? Is that strictly to catch the drippings or is there addl method to the madness? What kind of temp do you think they're cooking at, 500?
