Picked up some ribs at Sam's the other day to cook on Sunday while enjoying the football play-offs. A few hours before I was to cook I decided to throw on a bag of frozen (I thawed them) chicken breasts on the grill with slab to eat during the week. I cooked the ribs using the 2.5-2-.5 method, super tender an super good. This picture was taken around the 1 hour mark when I turned the chicken and ribs over. I took the chicken off when it hit 162, split one breast with the wife and put the rest in the fridge for later "good eats." Chicken had a good smokey flavor and was only seasoned with oil, salt, onion an garlic powder.
I also had a big pot of baked beans on the oven, an threw on some onions wrapped in foil for about 3 hours on the grill.
I do love that WSM.
And who eats ribs on play off Sunday without a few of these. The box was full a few hours ago, but wife and one visiting child put a dent in the supply, I may have helped.
