Football Opening Day Steak

The great and the ugly!! The ugly...my team lost!! The great...great woderful meal with my lovely pregnant wife, and awsome steak from my favorite butcher. The choice was a 1.93lb Top Sorlion. Seasoned with seasoning salt, garlic, and black pepper. I fried up some red potatoes in the CI with cajun seasoning. Also, grilled some baby bok choy.
